Mr. Fala began his career at Deloitte on the audit side, where he earned his CPA, and was promoted to lead an engagement as a senior. From there, he pivoted into real estate private equity with LOWE (and subsequently Broadshore Capital Partners) in Los Angeles, spending nearly seven years on the GP side of the business – specializing in multifamily acquisitions and ultimately overseeing markets from Chicago west. In early 2021, He transitioned away from the GP side to focus on Buy-Side consulting, helping clients source and acquire multifamily assets off market, while also helping sponsors capitalize their deals (both acquisitions & development) through equity placement.
His focus is primarily on housing, though there are occasionally opportunities that present themselves in other real estate asset classes (industrial, hospitality, storage, office, etc.). Mr. Fala is constantly looking to expand the rolodex of equity investors, ranging from family offices through institutional capital.
